As the President of the Macedonian Esports Federation, he has successfully organized and managed more than 15 national finals and participated in over 10 World Championships. Recognized as an experienced conference speaker, he shares insightful stories and experiences in international relations, negotiations, and global representation.

In his role as the General Secretary of IESF, Boban is at the forefront of embracing technology’s transformative impact on the industry. Implementing an innovative approach during tumultuous times, he navigates the challenges of the Esports landscape. Despite many organizations operating at a loss, IESF remains steadfast in accomplishing its objectives within the dynamic ecosystem.
